What Happens Next

Initial Contact
We’ll be in touch to arrange either a video call or a face-to-face meeting to discuss your project and what you’d like a quote for.

Your Quote
After our chat, we’ll send you a detailed quote outlining what will be carried out, how long it’s expected to take, and the cost (excluding any unforeseen issues).

Booking In
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll ask for a 30% deposit. Once received, we’ll arrange a visit to view the work first-hand and confirm a start date.

Work Begins
On the agreed date, we’ll arrive on time and carry out the work with care and respect for you and your property.

Completion & Final Invoice
Once the work is finished to your satisfaction, we’ll send over the final invoice for the remaining balance.
